English as a Second Language (ESL)

English as a Second Language (ESL) funded by the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration

To be eligible, you must be someone whose first language is neither English nor French, and be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident (landed immigrant), convention refugee, refugee claimant, an approved Provincial Nominee, or a foreign domestic worker admitted under the Live-In Caregiver Program.   You must also be able to provide proof of your immigration status.
